Storm Windows
As you can see we had some temporary windows put together to stop the heat from going out the old windows. We have tried to keep the original windows inside but they are not great at keeping the heat in.
Repairing or Replacing the Stairs
Even though we used pressure treated lumber the stairs are rotting. We need to either repair or replace the stairs to make them usable again. We are looking for more quotes and donations of materials and or time to make this entrance beautiful and functional.
Painting or Siding
We have tried to keep the looks of this beautiful old church by painting it. It was only painted about six years ago but as you can see the paint is peeling from the weather. we got a quote to repaint it for $21,000 dollars. We are now looking into the price of siding as it would not have to be redone every few years.
